Brianna Patrick, B.Sc., J.D.

Brianna Patrick (she/her) is an Ojibway-settler lawyer based in Winnipeg and a proud member of Roseau River Anishinabe First Nation on Treaty 1 territory. She is an Associate Lawyer at Marrow Law whose practice focuses on criminal defence and child protection in both Manitoba and Nunavut.

Brianna holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) from the University of Toronto and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of British Columbia with a specialization in Indigenous Legal Studies. During her law degree, she participated in a semester-long Indigenous law field course on W̱SÁNEĆ territory, where she engaged in a collaborative community-based legal education model, learning from the land, elders, and community members. She is interested in advancing self-determination and upholding the legal traditions that have belonged to Indigenous communities since time immemorial.

Brianna is dedicated to providing legal services from a culturally competent and trauma-informed lens, ensuring her clients receive effective and compassionate representation.

Outside of her practice, Brianna enjoys expressing her creativity through beadwork and maintaining and active lifestyle by spending time outdoors and playing sports.

Brianna is called to the bar in Manitoba (2026) and Nunavut (2026) and is a member of the Indigenous Bar Association.
